Official Terms and Conditions: 'Pip' Gonk Giveaway

We're so excited to run our next Giveaway to celebrate the launch of our Christmas gonk collection!

1. The promoter and competition period

• Promoter: Kitty & Rose
• Competition Name: 'Pip' Gonk Giveaway
• Competition Period: The competition begins at 5pm, November 20 and ends precisely at midday (12:00 PM) on November 27th, 2025. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be considered.

2. Eligibility

• Entrant Eligibility: entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom, who are aged 18 years or over.
• Exclusions: employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.
• Platform Compliance: entrants must comply with the terms of use of the social media platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) on which the competition is running.

3. How to Enter

• Entry Method: to enter, individuals must complete the following action on the original competition post: Tag a friend who loves gonks in the comments section of the post.
• Multiple Entries: each unique tag in a separate comment constitutes one (1) entry. Entrants may submit multiple entries by tagging different eligible friends in separate comments.
• Disqualification: tags of celebrity or business accounts, or duplicate tags of the same individual, may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion.

4. The Prize

• Prize: one (1) winner will receive a single (1) 'Pip' gonk
• Value: the approximate retail value of the Prize is £8.00
• Non-Transferable: the Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• Selection: one (1) winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received before the Closing Date.
• Notification: the winner will be notified via Direct Message or a comment reply on the social media platform within , 24 hours of the Closing Date.
• Claiming the Prize: the winner must respond to the notification within 7 days of being contacted. Failure to respond within this time frame may result in forfeiture of the Prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner from the remaining valid entries.
• Publicity: by accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to allow the Promoter to announce their name/social media handle publicly on its channels.
  

6. General Conditions

• Cancellation: the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances or technical issues arise.
• Data Protection: any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
• Platform Disclaimer: this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. Entrants are providing information to the Promoter and not to the social media platform.
