Our Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchases from Kitty & Rose, but in the regrettable case that you would like to return your order, please read our policy below:
Returns Window
You have 14 days from your purchase date to return an item. Unfortunately, after 14 days, we can't offer a refund or exchange. Please contact enquiries@kittyandrose.co.uk for the return address.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition you received it.
In its original packaging.
Undelivered Parcels
For parcels returned due to rejected delivery, missed delivery, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect details supplied, only the item/s cost will be refunded, to cover our incurred postage costs.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We can't be held responsible after this period. We'll need you to send photos of the damaged items within 48 hours of your initial contact so we can claim from our couriers. You can reach us via our website's contact section or by emailing enquiries@kittyandrose.co.uk.
Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 72 hours of receiving your returned goods.
Sale Items
Please note, only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee we'll receive your returned item.
